Product Description:
Tadalafl is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary hypertension under the brand name Tada. It's taken orally. Onset time is generally within half an hour, lasting up to 36 hours.
It treats erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penise during sex stimulation. Increased blood flow can cause an erection. Tadalafi treats PAHs by relaxing blood vessels in the lungs, making blood flow easier.
Tadalaf works by blocking the action of a chemical in the body called phosphodiesterase type 5. This helps relax (dilate) blood vessels and improves blood flow to the peniss after sexu stimulation. This helps maintain an erection.
Pharmacological properties:
The principle of action is the same as sildenafl and vardenafl. Both rely on PDE-5 to improve the vascular dilation of NO by inhibiting the decomposition of cGMP, so that ED patients regain the ability of penile erection, and after taking tadanafil, it is absorbed by the intestines and stomach.
Effect of efficacy:
The mean onset time of tadanafil is 16-30 min. The plasma concentration reaches its peak 2-8 h after administration with a half-life of 44-112 h. The half-life is extended with renal insufficiency and the concentration of tadanafil can still be measured in plasma even after 5 days. Clinical reports showed an 83% response rate after taking Tada, with a reported dosage of 10-20 mg. Its advantage is the side effect is small, lasting for a long time, can have obvious effect in two or three days.
Usage:
The recommended dose of tadanafil is 10mg, to be taken before sex and not affected by eating. If 10mg is not effective, 20mg can be taken at least 30 minutes before sex, with a maximum frequency of once a day. It is best not to take tadalaf continuously daily. It is best to use it on an empty stomach. Do not drink alcohol, strong tea or spicy food before use (the effect is significant only when the user uses it under the state of sex stimulation).
