usage and dosage:
Body mass index (BMI) calculation: weight (kg) divided by height (m) squared value (kg/m2). The recommended starting dose is 10mg once a day, taken alone or with food in the morning. If weight loss is insufficient, the dose can be adjusted to 15mg per day after 4 weeks. If the patient cannot tolerate a 10mg dose, it may be reduced to 5mg. The dose should be adjusted according to the patient's blood pressure and heart rate. Doses above 15mg/ day are not recommended.
